We print products are orders are placed in order to offer a large catalog of products without loosing or shirt or minds.
Coffee Mug Processing Time
Orders process within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified once your order is shipped.
Apparel Processing Time
Orders process within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified once your order is shipped.
Delivery Estimate
We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the United States. Please review the map from USPS (updated 10/2025) to see estimates. Hawaii and Alaska are 5-14 days depending on package weight.

Total Estimate = Processing (1-5 business days) + Shipping Time (3-5 business days)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated by the carrier.

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
Sometimes the status is stuck on this for an extended period of time. This is likely to happen during peak shopping Holidays. Often this means USPS didn't scan the package during a bulk pick up. Sometimes it doesn't get scanned until it arrives at a larger sorting facility close to the delivery address. Please be patient and wait 5 business days with no updates.
Package delivered but it's not here
Occasionally we've seen that USPS will say it's delivered once it's made it to your local post office but it is not yet actually at your address. Please wait 48 hours for the final delivery before contacting us. We also recommend checking with neighbors and checking your order confirmation for the shipping address entered.
Item damaged or incorrect
Please contact us ASAP with images for an expediated replacement.
