We will gladly replace or issue a refund if there is an issue with your product within the 30-day return window of product delivery.  This can be damaged items, wrong items, and unhappy with the quality.

I bought the wrong unit or patch

Please select the correct graphic.  We will refund mistakes on our end, not yours.

Too small coffee mug

11 fluid ounces is the absolute max an 11oz coffee mug can in theory hold.  We think 8-10oz is probably the sweet spot in terms of functionality.  Order a 15oz mug if you want more capacity.

Apparel Sizing 

Please refer to the size charts and don't order multiple sizes with the intent to return some.  The apparel we print on is what we would consider standard American sizing so please purchase your standard size.
