Will my order come before Christmas?
Due to large demand... orders placed 12/11/2025 or later might NOT deliver prior to Christmas.
Has my order shipped?
Please let me know if you haven't been emailed a tracking number.
Where are products made?
We print on products in the USA (Las Vegas, NV). Raw materials normally come from other countries.
How long will it take?
Review the Shipping Policy.

Why are your prices higher than other sellers?
$5,000+ goes to Soldiers and their families each and every year.
A significant amount of each purchase goes to the United States Army's Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Program (MWR). Army MWR serves soldiers, their families, and the entire Army community. The amount of each sale is significantly more than "rounding up" or even "1% for ___ charity".
We send these payments because we have an official Trademark Agreement with the US Army. Other companies operating without trademark agreements are conducting illegal business.
How long have you been in business?
We started in 2017!
Where do you sell?
We launched this website on Veteran's Day 2025 (so bear with us as we continue to added to it). Otherwise we have been selling on Amazon, Etsy, and Ebay for years.
Do you have other products for sale?
Yes and our website is new so not everything is here yet. Contact us and we can get your item added!
What size should I purchase?
We don't accept refunds if you are playing around with sizing. For coffee mugs I would say 11 fluid ounces is the absolute max an 11oz coffee mug can in theory hold. We think 8-10oz is probably the sweet spot in terms of functionality. Order a 15oz mug if you want more capacity.
The apparel we print on is what we would consider standard American sizing so please purchase your standard size. Please refer to the size charts and don't order multiple sizes with the intent to return some.
Do you have a trademark agreement?
We have an official Trademark Agreement with the US Army. Royalties on all sales go to the Army MWR fund to support soldiers and their families.
Can I send you a photo?
Why not? Here is a photo we received a few years ago.
Are your products famous?
Sort of. Titus Welliver from Bosch wore one of our shirts during an interview in 2020.
